Grocery stores with ESOPs, or Employee Stock Ownership Plans, like the Redner’s Markets in Camden, DE, are 100% employee-owned. This ownership opportunity greatly incentivizes good customer service, quality products, clean facilities, and convenience. When the goal is repeat business, customers benefit. Read on to discover what we offer!
From humble beginnings as two small stores in Reading, PA, in 1970 to today, Redner’s Markets has expanded considerably across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. Today, we have 44 supermarket locations and 23 quick stops. We’re proud to be the first grocery store company in Pennsylvania to operate under an ESOP.
Early adopters of technology and convenience for our customers, Redner’s Markets embraced checkout scanners early, recycling, pharmacy service, and a salad bar. We value our customers, providing them with convenience, savings, and quality.
Redner’s Ready
Curbside pickup is a convenience that has become essential since the pandemic began. Redner’s Ready provides this service for a small $4.99 fee for transactions over $30, and as an initial gift, we provide the first order fulfillment for free.
If you’re worried about missing out on savings opportunities by shopping online, fear not! You can still use Redner’s Rewards loyalty savings and points when using Redner’s Ready curbside pickup services.
Redner’s Rewards
Redner’s Markets customers don’t pay membership fees or join a club to shop, but they can participate in our loyalty program, Redner’s Rewards. When they do, they’ll have access to significant savings and the opportunity to accrue points redeemable later for grocery or fuel purchases. Redner’s Rewards points expire 30 days after being earned, so our loyal customers reap the most rewards. Use your points; don’t lose them!
When redeeming points for groceries, you can use your mobile phone number, the Redner’s Rewards app, or your membership card at checkout, and if shopping online, you’ll simply choose to redeem points during checkout.
Alternatively, you can redeem points for gas. We partner with thousands of locations, including all Speedway stores, and the amount you can save is pretty impressive. You’re going to buy groceries anyway. Why not direct that spending toward a place where you pay less and save on future purchases?
Consider this: $50 spent at Redner’s Markets will give you enough points to redeem and save 5¢/gallon on a 20-gallon fill-up.
Deli, Bakery, and Produce Party Trays, Gifts, and Catering
