The Daily Pay program is a flexible form of accessing payment. When life’s hiccups occur, and you need to be paid for your recorded hours before payday arrives, this program allows you to do so. The program coordinates with timecards, recording daily the time worked. It automatically adjusts for taxes and other deductions, reflecting the pay you can expect thus far during the pay period. You can then choose the amount to be paid early and pay a small fee to receive it. Otherwise, the amount will wait for payday to arrive, when you’ll be paid on schedule with no fee involved. We offer this program to provide our employee-owners with financial flexibility, understanding that unexpected expenses occur and that sometimes you need to speed up your paycheck’s arrival.
