- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Buffalo sauce:
- ⅓ cup hot sauce
- 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
- 1 TBSP water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and position the oven rack in the upper half of the oven.

- Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack with the skin side up.
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until the wings are browned, turning them every 20 minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven.
- Let them stand for five minutes while preparing the buffalo sauce.
- Heat the sauce ingredients on medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Let the sauce cool before tossing the wings. You can make the sauce ahead of time and refrigerate it until ready.
For Air Fryer Preparation:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer with the skin side facing up.
- Spray the top of the wings with cooking spray.
