October 11, 2024 – Fresh Express is Recalling certain Salad Bowl products that contain ready-to-eat chicken produced by BrucePac from August 12 to October 7, 2024. The BrucePac chicken products are subject to a recall by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service due to the potential presence of Listeria monocytogenes. No illnesses are reported to date. Salad Bowls that contain the recalled BrucePac chicken include certain Fresh Express SKUs of Chicken Caesar Gourmet Café Salads and Santa Fe Style Gourmet Café Salads as well as certain private label salad bowl products.
