Cheesy Pepper and Crab Spread

Ingredients:
1.5 cups of 2%, shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
8 oz. cream cheese (1/3 reduced fat)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 medium, red bell pepper (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
6 oz. crab meat (drained)
fresh, chopped parsley (garnish)
crackers (your choice)

Preparation:Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese; cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Mix all remaining ingredients except crackers until well blended. Spread the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 20 minuets or until mixture is lightly browned and heated throughout. Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot with crackers of your choice.
