Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 cups fresh, coleslaw mix (from the produce dept)
12 oz.,chow mein noodles
1 cup Mandarin oranges
4 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
sliced almonds(add to your liking)
1/3 cup of sesame seeds

Preparation:
Dice and cook chicken completely. In a separate bowl, mix the fresh coleslaw mix, oranges, vinegar, sesame seeds and oil. Add chicken and toss together. Top the salad with chow mein noodles and almonds.
