Reading, Pa. - The shelves are all in place and products are busily being stocked. Berks County's newest Redner's Warehouse Market is ready to serve the Hamburg community with the lowest prices, freshest products and excellent service. Redner's would like to invite the community to visit our store for a public open house on Tuesday, June 28 from 6 - 9 p.m. and see what Redner's Warehouse Market has to offer. Hamburg store director, Lois Gasser, will be on hand to welcome the community and invite them to browse through the store. The store will officially open for business at 8 am on Wednesday, June 29 following a brief ribbon cutting ceremony.
During the
open house Johnsonville will have their “Big Taste Grill” on site, grilling
up “Brat's for a Buck” for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
When you come to visit the new store why not try a brat for $1 and help
Redner's & the National MS
Society raise funds to fight MS. The
“Big Taste Grill” will be grilling and serving brats for $1 from 4:30 to
8:30 pm during the open house. We
can't think of a tastier way to help out the National MS Society than by
trying a bratwurst made the Johnsonville way!
The new
Hamburg Warehouse Market (500 Hawk Ridge Drive) will be a full service grocery
store offering services such as; in store bakery, full service deli, fresh
produce, meats and seafood departments, along with frozen, dairy, health and
beauty aids/non-foods and grocery departments.
This store will also feature Self Check-Out Terminals (S.C.O.T).
Each
S.C.O.T. includes self-checkout software and ATM-type technology that allow
shoppers to pay with cash, credit or debit card. They can even use coupons and receive cash back from their
transactions. The store will
measure approximately 56,000 square feet. At
full operating conditions, this store will employ approximately 150 people in
both full and part-time positions. This location will be the 10th
Warehouse Market located in Berks County, home of Redner's Markets.

37 Warehouse Markets and 11 Quick Shoppes throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and
