Reading, Pa. - In it's fifth year of partnership with the
Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), Redner's Warehouse Markets is pleased to
announce a contribution of $26,622 collected through the Shamrocks for Kids 2003
program. This year Redner's was
able to increase their donation from the previous year by over $6,000 through
the sale of the paper shamrocks in all Warehouse Markets & Quick Shoppes.
The program was conducted over the first three weeks of March, concluding
on St. Patrick's Day.
For a$1.00 donation, a customer could write their name or a brief message
on a paper shamrock and have it displayed in each store for the duration of the
program. With stores located
