- Company officials have announced the addition of a new Warehouse Market location in Bucks County. Construction has begun on a new store within the Bensalem Square Shopping Center. The addition of this location will be Redner's 39th Warehouse Markets and forth within Bucks County. The store is tentatively scheduled to open in May 2010. The Bensalem Warehouse Market will be located at 2506 Knights Road, Bensalem 19020, which was previously occupied by a grocery retailer. No additional expansion of the structure will occur and the finished store will measure approximately 47,600 square feet upon completion. The property is owned and managed by CW Bensalem Square, L.P. When open, this Warehouse Market will be a full service grocery store offering services such as; in-store bakery, full-service deli, fresh produce, meat and service seafood departments, along with frozen, dairy, health and beauty aids/non-foods and grocery departments. At full operating conditions, the store will employ approximately 150 people in both full and part-time positions. Redner's Markets, Inc., an employee owned company, currently operates 38 Warehouse Markets and 13 Quick Shoppes throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.
