Citrus Salmon

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash® lemon pepper blend
1 lb Salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
4 whole Lemon wedges
4 whole orange slices
2 tablespoon white wine

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

2. Spray a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan with cooking spray.

3. Lay fish in pan. Coat each fillet with Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Blend

4. Alternate slices of lemon and orange on top of fish. Sprinkle fish with wine.

5. Place in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn oven to 325°F and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Rest 3 - 4 minutes before serving.
