Baked Corn Casserole

Ingredients

16 oz canned corn
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 cups grated cheese
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
16 oz canned cream-style corn

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine corn, corn meal, garlic salt, cheese, baking powder, and cooking oil. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Place mixture into baking pan or directly in oven.

Bake 40 - 50 minutes.
