Parmesan Garlic Bread

2 loaves (2 lb total) french bread
4 oz butter, softened
1 whole garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Cut the bread diagonally in 1-inch slices without cutting through the bottom crust.

To the butter add the garlic, cheese and parsley and brush the cut surfaces of the bread with the garlic butter.

Wrap the bread in foil and bake until heated through, about 15 minutes.
